Shipping & Returns


We ship globally! We base our shipping estimates on weight, as we've found that to be most accurate.

The rate bands for shipping are generous; you may be able to add 1 or 2 more fabrics for no increase in shipping. Try it out in the cart, and find out if you can save some money.


All orders within Canada are shipped with UPS Standard or with Canada Post as Expedited Parcels, so all orders will have tracking numbers. If you prefer Canada Post and aren't shipping to a PO Box, please add a note to your order asking for Canada Post and we're happy to send it that way.

For orders to the US we offer UPS Standard (5-7 business day delivery) for $12.

For all international orders, customs and other duty charges are the responsibility of the receiver. Orders submitted during a short time period are combined by default if we are aware of them; if you prefer your orders to be shipped as separate shipments, please let us know in the order comments.

We are please to offer free Shipping within Canada and the US* for all orders over $100 CAD! Within Canada this is done via UPS Standard/Canada Post Expedited Parcel, and in the US is is UPS Standard (5-7 business day delivery). *Applies only to the continental 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii. Armed Forces bases and other territories are excluded.

Please understand that once delivery is complete, we can no longer be responsible for your package; UPS standard delivery is to leave the package at your front door, regardless of if you are home at the time. If you do not have a safe spot for a package to be dropped off at your location, or simply prefer to be safer, we are happy to ask for a required signature (click through this link to select that as a shipping option), parcel insurance, or for it to be held at a central location such as a post office or UPS drop point. Just indicate what service you need in your order comments, and we'll follow though. Some charges have surcharges, for which we will invoice separately if you haven't paid for them during your order. 

Similarly, we can offer faster shipping levels as needed, and are happy to provide estimates. Please email us or send a message to us on our Facebook page to arrange this.


Returns Policy, Colour Quality and Flaws:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we certainly want to know! Please contact us and we will work with you. Returns will generally be accepted if you contact us within 10 days of receipt; please note that we can not accept a return of fabric that has been washed or cut by the customer.

We do our best to take pictures that represent the true colours of the fabric; however, different devices and monitors display colours using different palettes, so we can never make the photo correct for everyone. It is important to check your fabrics and make sure you are satisfied with the colours, prior to washing.

Similarly, though we try our best, flaws will occasionally slip past us. Please contact us if this happens so we can discuss it; also please be aware that as fabric is ultimately an organic product and thus imperfect, very small flaws and imperfections are considered normal and acceptable in the industry and may not be refunded. As with returns, we highly encourage you to inspect your fabric when it's received as any cutting or washing after receipt may limit our ability to refund or replace pieces; we just can't know at that point where the problem occurred.

When you contact us about a flaw, one of the questions we will ask you is how much of the fabric you are unable to use; please don't mistake this for us not wanting to make things right! We just have to depend on your eyes, as you are the one who can evaluate the issue most clearly. We trust that a fair compensation can be reached.

All issues need to be reported to us within 10 days of receipt, or they may not be considered.
